We are seeking a talented and experienced Java Developer to join our team. As a Java Developer at Foster Success, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing high-quality Java applications that meet our clients' needs. You will work closely with our project managers, software architects, and other team members to deliver cutting-edge solutions.

Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and implement Java-based applications. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze requirements and design solutions. Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code. Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 3-5 years experience as a Java Developer or similar role.
• Proficient in Java programming language and object-oriented design principles.
• Strong knowledge of Spring Framework, Hibernate, and other Java frameworks.
• Experience with web services (RESTful, SOAP), databases (SQL, NoSQL), and version control systems (Git).
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.

Job Description:

We are seeking Network Engineers who can use their IT knowledge to develop company networks. Design, configure, and install various network devices and services such as routers, switches, firewalls, load balancers, VPNs, and QoS.

Responsibilities:

Design, configure, and install various network devices and services such as routers, switches, firewalls, load balancers, VPNs, and QoS. Perform network maintenance, system upgrades (including service packs, patches, hot fixes), and security configurations. Monitor network performance, ensure system availability and reliability, and troubleshoot issues. Collaborate with the company’s security team to select and implement security tools, policies, and procedures Provide Level-2/3 support to resolve network-related problems.

Requirements:

• Proven hands-on network engineering experience.
• CCNP certification or higher (CCIE and/or CISSP highly valued).
• Deep understanding of networking protocols (e.g., IPSEC, HSRP, BGP, OSPF, 802.11, QoS).
• Familiarity with the OSI or TCP/IP model.
• Experience with monitoring and network diagnostic tools.
• University degree in Computer Science or a related subject.
